CAN YOU GUESS THIS CRITTER!!!

Click here if you think you know them!

CAN YOU IDENTIFY THESE?

These first three sets of pictures were taken over a several month period, during beach dives off Veterans Park, in Redondo Beach, CA.  For those unfamiliar with this dive site, there is a deep submarine canyon that comes almost right up to the shore at this site (although these were taking in 20' to 50' deep).

These critters are not in my vertebrate or invertebrate fish Id books.  If you can Id any/all of them, click on HERE, and E-mail the name, and the source of your information, to me!

NOTE: You can click on any thumbnail picture, to see it as a larger image.

The very long legs on this crab are remeniscent of the Spider Crab family.  Any thoughts?  Also, do you know what type of Bryozoa this is?

These fish were lying on the bottom, about sunset.  Do you know the name of these guys?

This shrimp or prawn was also shot at about sunset, and has a very distinctive spot on each side.  Any thoughts?

These "Octocorals??" were taken at Anacapa Island, just off of Ventura.

JKTBDPicsMultiClrdAnen/Green-Anenome-QQQ.jpg

This anenome picture was taken at Anacapa Island.  I've never seen one like it in my main diving area of Catalina Island, Laguna Beach, and Redondo Beach.  Except for the multi-colored tentacles, this looks similar to the Green Anenome.  Can anyone confirm or deny, or offer another name?

These were taken at Corona Del Mar, in So. Cal.  Can you help ID this fish?

If you can, just let me know!  Thank you!
